INSPECTION AND TESTING OF THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS TO ENSURE THEY ARE WORKING PROPERLY. CHECK THE CONTACTOR, START/RUN CAPACITOR(S) AND THE CONDENSER FAN MOTOR. INSURE THAT STANDARD ARE BEING COMPLIED WITH AND PROCEDURES AND POLICIES ARE BE ING FOLLOWED. THIS WILL INCLUDE MAINTAINING A SAFE WORK AREA.
